Sears has earned a review from me. I don’t have time to get specific, which I hate, but I think people who know me know that I am generally sympathetic to customer service people- they get a call from out of the blue from someone who’s already pissed, doesn’t want to wait, and really just wants to yell at someone. I’m also generally understanding of corporate bureaucracy- the bigger the organization, the more red tape I expect.
